You are about to witness a crazy engine swap featuring a 1970 Plymouth Road Runner that is now powered by a 3-53 Detroit Diesel!!! The original big block engine was replaced by 159cubic inch two stroke diesel engine that produces modest 101hp and just over 200 lb-ft of torque.

This 1970 Plymouth Road Runner has had the craziest engine swap!

The owner Jon Shaw will show you the engine bay and will drive the car down the road. It may not be the most ideal set up for a car but this one was surprisingly driven 12,000 miles since the engine was installed. Oh did we mention that the owner drives the machine using a mixture of 50/50 diesel fuel and used fry oil? Check out this video below and witness this insane Detroit Diesel Powered 1970 Road Runner in action! And listen to that roar! Wicked!

Check it out!
