Sterling grey 1969 Ford Torino GT Fastback with Mustang wheels! Rusty Baldt’s ’69 Torino GT is unique and special for many things. First of all, the subdued yet flawless Sterling Grey topcoat (an ’11 Ford color found on F-series trucks), the sinister blacked out Mustang wheels (borrowed from Rusty’s ’05 Mustang GT daily driver just so he could make the show), and the creative use of stainless mesh and aluminum in the interior.

The hand-formed steel monster of a hood scoop will make you think that the owner is packing an old-school 6-71 or 8-71 GMC-style blower, but the reason for the scoop is a very rare Edelbrock X-F66 Cross Ram induction setup with a pair of Holley Double Pumpers. The engine is 462ci FE big block. The car features Edelbrock Performer RPM hydraulic cam, 0.572-inch lift, and Edelbrock Performer FE aluminum cylinder heads, ported to match intake. The vintage Edelbrock X-F66 cross ram aluminum intake manifold gives it a classy look. The interior is also custom made of leather and suede. Rusty, the owner of the Torino, began the restoration process with his son. The sterling grey 1969 Ford Torino GT Fastback with Mustang wheels produces 513 horsepower and 625 lb-ft of torque.
